It's time to Set the Standard!

New workplace laws are in effect from 6th June, 2023.
Educators are Setting the Standard in ECEC
New workplace laws are in effect from 6th June, 2023 and that means big changes to the way educators can negotiate, with employers and government at the same time, for better pay and conditions.
This is our chance to finally achieve the wages that educators deserve!
United Workers Union members are fighting for:
1 Getting educator wages moving with a 25% wage increase!
2 Government funding for wages, so educators have a reason to stay, without families paying more.
3 A stronger representative voice for educators in the workplace. Nothing about us without us!
We have a new opportunity to change our sector, but for educators to win, we need more voices and stronger action than we’ve ever taken before.
