Educators are taking a National Day of Workplace Action!

New workplace laws that change how educators can bargain for better pay are now in effect.
Union members and educators have submitted their application to bargain under the new multi-employer bargaining laws, and it’s time that the Federal Government commits to negotiating and funding an increase to educators’ wages.
That’s why educators across the country are taking a National Day of Workplace Action on Wednesday the 26th of July.
By taking action, educators are fighting to:
- Get educators’ wages moving with a 25% wage increase!
- Secure Government funding for wages, so educators have a reason to stay, without families paying more.
- A stronger representative voice for educators in the workplace. Nothing about us without us!
