Professional wages will only be won if we can build a powerful union of early childhood education and care professionals. We have already won a series of changes to the sector - but we can only change wages if we grow into a more powerful union that generates the resources and activism that will breathe life into this campaign. You can play your part by getting involved in activities and working together to remind the federal government of the need to fund professional wages.
